Ground
Beef Stuffed Pepper Skillet - Stuffed peppers are incredible. I make them
constantly. Yet, contingent upon how you make them, they can be somewhat
tedious to prepare. They regularly include searing some meat, cooking some
rice, stuffing the peppers, topping the peppers with cheddar, at that point
heating. This one pot wonder stuffed pepper skillet has all the kinds of
stuffed peppers without all the complain.
To make
this straightforward one skillet dinner, start by sautéing some ground beef in
an enormous skillet. At that point, channel any overabundance fat from the
beef.
Include
uncooked rice, hacked sweet peppers, slashed onion, minced garlic, Italian
flavoring, earthy colored sugar, salt, pepper, beef stock, tomato sauce, and
canned tomatoes.
Heat
the fluid to the point of boiling. Spread the skillet and decrease the warmth.
Let it cook until a large portion of the fluid is ingested and the rice is
delicate. This will take 20-25 minutes for white rice and 40-45 minutes for
earthy colored rice.
When
the rice is cooked, sprinkle destroyed Italian mix cheddar on top. Set the
cover back on the skillet and let it rest until the cheddar is liquefied.

- 1 1/2 cups cheese

- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper
- 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
- 3/4 cups white rice, I use Jasmine
- 2 cups beef broth
Instructions:

Place the skillet back on the heat and add in the bell peppers, diced tomatoes, rice, beef broth, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Stir to combine and bring mixture to a boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer, cover and let cook for about 18 minutes, until rice is cooked through.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and top with the shredded cheese. Cover again and let cheese melt over low heat. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
