This BRIGADEIRÃO recipe has a super special taste! My dear grandmother used to do it on Sundays at family lunch, and I couldn't help sharing it with you, right?

Brigadeirão | Keto Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of granulated chocolate
  • Butter for greasing
  • ¾ cup of whole milk
  • 2 cans of condensed milk
  • 1 cup of chocolate milk
  • 8 gems
  • Crystal sugar for anointing 

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add milk, condensed milk, chocolate and egg yolks. Beat well.
  2. In a round pudding dish, greased with butter and crystal sugar, pour the mixture and cover or cover with aluminum foil.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, in a water bath, for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes or until firm.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  5. Unmold and cover with granulated chocolate.
