The brigadeiro is a traditional Brazilian dessert, created
by a confectioner from Rio de Janeiro, Heloisa Nabuco de Oliveira. It is made
of condensed milk, cocoa powder, butter, and chocolate sprinkles covering the
outside layer. It is a popular confection throughout the country, especially

Ingredients:
- ½ cup of granulated chocolate
- Butter for greasing
- ¾ cup of whole milk
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 1 cup of chocolate milk
- 8 gems
- Crystal sugar for anointing
Instructions:
- In a blender, add milk, condensed milk, chocolate and egg yolks. Beat well.
- In a round pudding dish, greased with butter and crystal sugar, pour the mixture and cover or cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, in a water bath, for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes or until firm.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Unmold and cover with granulated chocolate.
