When most people think of Bruschetta, they think of whipping
it up and adding it onto bread or other things like that. But this recipe is
different and in a wonderful and unique way. Adding the homemade bruschetta on
top of the chicken creates a flavor and taste that you’re going to love.
There’s just something about a tender, juicy grilled chicken
breast topped with bruschetta made with garden fresh tomatoes, herbs and
seasonings. It’s a great healthy dinner recipe that’s a fun twist on my
favorite bruschetta appetizer!
