delicious. Well, this is super easy extra cheesy garlic bread sticks recipe.
For real, the whole family – Keto or not – are going to like
these. Yummy..
With the minuscule amount of carbs in cheese and eggs, this
easy recipe is almost zero carb. Yes, you read it right, and yes you can eat
these guilt free. They are amazing served with a little tomato or marinara
sauce, but just as good eaten alone. They taste a lot like pizza slices, so I’m
sure you could even add on a few toppings if you’d like.
Just combine the four ingredients together until well
incorporated.
Line a parchment paper, and flatten and mold the mixture
until it’s in the shape of a pizza crust.
Bake 15 minutes, and then broil a few more minutes to brown
the cheese to perfection.
Dip in your favourite sauce! Tomato sauce, marinara, or anything
suite you.
Ingredients :
- 1 egg
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions :
a. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with
parchment paper.
b. Combine all of the ingredients together until well
incorporated.
c. Place the mixture onto your parchment paper, and flatten it
out like you would a pizza crust.
d. Bake for about 15 minutes, and then switch the oven to broil
and move the baking sheet to the top rack for a few minutes to brown the cheese
a little.
e. Slice it and enjoy! You can also garnish it with red pepper,
parsley flakes or Italian seasoning.
