- 1 1/2 cups park-skìm rìcotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese dìvìded
- 3/4 cup frozen chopped spìnach thawed and draìned of excess lìquìd
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
For the remainder of dish:
- 1 cup marìnara sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon drìed oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon drìed basìl
- 1/4 teaspoon garlìc powder
