just lots of hearty goodness from crispy fried potatoes and onions. Chopped
tomatoes and green onions lend even more flavour and color.

Ingredients:
- Baking paper
- 1 gratin dish
- Olive oil
- Parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 1 baking sheet
- Grated mozzarella
- 4 eggs
- 6 large potatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 slice of ham
Instructions:
- Place the potatoes on the baking sheet covered with baking paper, pour a drizzle of olive oil on top, salt and pepper then bake for 45 minutes at 170 ° C
- Out of the oven, cut a hat horizontally from each potato. Hollow out the flesh with a spoon and keep it
- Mix the eggs, the potato flesh, the ham cut into strips, the sliced onion and the chopped parsley then distribute this mixture among the emptied potatoes
- Place all the potatoes in the gratin dish, sprinkle with grated mozzarella then bake for 10 minutes at 170 ° C.
