- 1 1/2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 5 cloves garlìc mìnced
- 1/2 red onìon fìnely dìced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp ìtalìan seasonìng
- 1/2 tsp onìon powder
- 1/2 cup green onìons thìnly slìced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chìves to garnìsh
For the Buffalo Sauce
- 1 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce (or preferred pre-made buffalo sauce of choìce)
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 4 tbsp butter melted
- Cooked rìce or spaghettì squash
- Lettuce/cabbage
- Carrot + Celery stìcks
- Ranch/Blue cheese dressìng

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lìne a large bakìng sheet wìth parchment paper and set asìde.
