This cake direction is loaded with chocolate cookie flavor. Let’s begin with the crust. Crush twenty four chocolate sandwich cookies into tiny items and blend with melted butter. This mixture creates a thick, durable crust for the cheesecake to take a seat on.
I selected to use a springform pan for this direction as a result of it creates nice, clean edges and therefore the slices serve simply. one thing concerning pie dishes makes my cookie crust crumble on the edges!
